Version 0.6, the quality of life update!
Silhouette Showdown version 0.6 is here!
- 3 new stages! Make a splash in the Giant Fish Pond, Steal the show at The Theatre, and shine bright on the Neon Disco Stage!
- Level 4 CPUs! These new CPUs will react to opponents jumping in and play more agressively. CPUs also got new behaviour, such as turning around when an opponent switches side, running away from dangerous obstacles and more!
- New special effects when hitting your opponents!
- More visual feedback when parrying your opponents!
- Mojar balance changes: overall hitstun after getting parried has been decreased, uppercuts will do more hitstun. Damage on the Kick, Dash Attack, Air Kick and Uppercut has been increased, while damage on the Crouch Punch and Strong Uppercut has been decreased.
- The motion to perform a strong uppercut has been changed from doing a "Shoryuken motion" to crouching for half a second. This makes it easier to perform and makes it harder to get on accident, but it is also slower and can't be performed in the air anymore.
- You can now click on the spawn pedestal to set the player's statuses.
- A colored bar has been added to the top of the screen to show what lifebar is from which player.
- Player 2 can now parry with the "," and "." keys on the keyboard, but not with the "ctrl" key to prevent accidental shortcuts.
- Minor changes to the UI of the game.
- Windows, Max and Linux versions are up to date again!
The stage "Cloudtops" from the previous update seems to not work properly on some browsers. You can always play it on the Windows, Mac or Linux version of the game!
